Dolphin House offers a varied programme of fitness classes designed to support strength, mobility, cardiovascular fitness and overall wellbeing. From yoga, Gravity Reformer Pilates and indoor cycling to strength training, boxing and martial arts, classes are led by experienced instructors and suitable for a range of abilities. Included within Club and Spa membership, our classes provide an enjoyable and motivating way to stay active, learn new skills and make fitness part of your routine.

  • Barre

    Combining elements of ballet, Pilates and strength training, Barre is a low-impact, full-body workout designed to improve posture, balance and flexibility. Through controlled, precise movements, you’ll strengthen and tone muscles while developing greater stability and body awareness.

  • Box Fit

    A high-energy boxing workout that combines pad work, drills and conditioning exercises to improve fitness, coordination and endurance. Box Fit helps build strength, speed and stamina while providing an effective full-body workout suitable for a range of fitness levels.

  • Flow 2 Restore

    A gentle yoga class that combines mindful movement, breathwork and restorative postures to release tension and promote relaxation. Moving from a slow-flowing practice into longer-held stretches, Flow 2 Restore helps improve flexibility while encouraging physical and mental recovery.

  • Fit in 30 (Strength Build)

    A focused 30-minute strength training class designed to make the most of your time. Using functional exercises and resistance-based movements, this session helps build muscle, improve overall strength and leave you feeling energised for the rest of the day.

  • Fit in 30 (HIIT & Core)

    A fast-paced 30-minute workout combining high-intensity interval training with targeted core exercises. Designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strengthen the core and maximise calorie burn, it’s an efficient way to fit exercise into a busy schedule.

  • Hatha Yoga

    A traditional yoga practice centred on mindful movement, breathing techniques and held postures. Hatha Yoga helps develop strength, flexibility and balance while creating space to slow down, focus and reconnect with both body and mind.

  • Legs, Bums & Core

    A dynamic conditioning class focused on strengthening and toning the lower body and core. Through a series of targeted exercises, you’ll build muscular endurance, improve stability and develop strength in key muscle groups.

  • Physical Meditation (Qigong)

    An ancient mind-body practice that combines gentle movement, controlled breathing and focused attention. Qigong helps improve balance, mobility and coordination while encouraging relaxation, mental clarity and a greater sense of wellbeing.

  • Gravity Reformer Pilates

    Using specialist reformer equipment, this Gravity Reformer Pilates class focuses on controlled movement, core strength, posture and flexibility. Suitable for a range of abilities, Gravity Reformer Pilates helps develop strength, stability and body awareness while supporting efficient movement patterns.   • Power Yoga

    A dynamic yoga class that links movement and breath through a flowing sequence of postures. Designed to build strength, flexibility and balance, Power Yoga offers a more physically challenging practice while maintaining the focus and mindfulness of traditional yoga.

  • PUMP

    A full-body strength training class using barbells and weighted exercises to challenge all major muscle groups. High repetitions and carefully structured resistance work help improve muscular endurance, build lean muscle and support overall fitness.

  • Spin (Powered by ICG®)

    A motivating indoor cycling class using ICG® bikes and performance tracking technology to create an immersive training experience. Combining climbs, sprints and endurance intervals, Spin improves cardiovascular fitness while building lower-body strength and stamina.

  • Strength 45

    A 45-minute full-body workout combining strength training and high-intensity intervals. Designed to improve muscular strength, endurance and overall fitness, this class delivers a challenging and effective session that keeps you moving throughout.

  • SWEAT

    A high-energy cardio and conditioning class designed to raise your heart rate and challenge your whole body. Combining continuous movement with targeted core work, SWEAT improves fitness, endurance and overall conditioning in a motivating group environment.

  • Taekwondo Kids

    A structured and engaging martial arts class for children, designed to build confidence, coordination, discipline and respect.   • Tai Chi

  • Vinyasa Flow

  • Yin Yoga

    A slow and meditative yoga practice that focuses on longer-held postures to target connective tissues and improve flexibility. Yin Yoga encourages deep relaxation, supports mobility and provides an opportunity to slow down and reset.

  • Yogalates

    Combining the principles of yoga and Pilates, Yogalates blends flexibility, mobility and mindfulness with core-focused strengthening exercises. This low-impact class helps improve posture, stability and overall body awareness, making it suitable for all fitness levels.
